I have only lost 5 lbs on this challenge. My start date for food intake and exercise program was Oct 26, which is only 5 weeks ago. My trainer said to not get discouraged with slow weight loss at the beginning.
I did maintain over Thanksgiving, which was very good news. I did not exercise at all, which I need to improve when we are traveling over Christmas. Also, I am determined not to skip a day between now and the holidays -- including the three days I am on a business trip next week.
Although 15 lbs in December is probably unrealistic, if I lost another 5-8 lbs and kept up my exercise program, the end of this challenge will be a success for me.
