I did 100 after vacuuming and cleaning the downstairs. After the squats, it feels better to walk in place for a bit.

Couldn't get to the 90* angle but did 100. Knees are not use to bending and holding so for at least my right knee, not so comfortable. Still glad I did it even if it was all at once.

Wow, thanks for the challenge. That was great. It's raining here and couldn't walk tonight and that gave me something to do.

75 done! 5 sets of 15, so far. Squats always made my knees hurt, too, so the video you linked was very helpful. I'm finding if I keep my abs pulled in and concentrate on squeezing my buns on the way up, my knees don't hurt at all! Good luck, everyone.

HELLO TEAM!!! I am back from vacation!! Had a fantastic time ~ lots of walking, probably 5 miles per day ~ and my meals have been on the good side, but only 2 a day. I am so glad to get back to routine!

Today's challenge is a favorite of mine....

SQUATS!

Your challenge today is to do AT LEAST 100 squats throughout the day. You can mix them up in different sets all day long. Come back and post to let us know how many you did throughout the day.

You can do any type of squat you want...basic, w/ball, wall squats, skater squats, etc. You can also count just getting up from your chair and holding that position each time....

REMEMBER: The correct form should not hurt your knees. I have had knee issues in the past and would steer clear from squats. But as I learned the right technique...I do not have knee pain and the squats help with your tush, legs, and ankles! Such a great multi-muscle exercise! Do these with the right form....you are not in a race to finish them...
