Okay I have finished all of mine plus I worked in the garden and ran around the grocery store while my husband got all of the items on our list. I think I am done for today.

Ok rec'd the challenge for today, I have chosen to break mine up into four groups, I just finished doing 1 set of 25. Through in some more exercises along with it... about 10 minutes of cardio and then some weight lifting with dumbbells. I am so out of shape that I need to start and increase in increments. I am 50 lbs over my suggested weight.. this is going to be a lifestyle change for me, so I am trying to keep it realistic and not go all balls to the wall and burn out to quickly

Hello everyone. I am new to the forums and to the site. It was an unexpected surprise to get a daily challenge email this morning. Thanks for sparking my day in a positive direction. So far I have completed 10 in the office and will continue to work on them here today. Have an amazing day~

I have done 50 which is good because I am still not feeling well. I will try to do more later today. As of yeswterday I have lost 4 pounds. I am very happy with that because that occured in 4 days.

I'm recovering from a back injury so I'm only going down as far as my thighs but I can still feel it my shoulders...bring on the sleevless shirts!

Looking forward to another GREAT day!!! I hope your week has started off great!

Today's challenge will be SIDE LUNGES with WINDMILL ARMS!!!

Here's a link on how to do them with proper form! Your challenge today is to complete 100 of these throughout the day...in any increments you want...as long as you do 100! You can even do these at work...in the kitchen...in the bathroom...anywhere!

emoticon Stand with legs wide, arms straight out to the sides and parallel to the floor. Bend the right knee into a side lunge and bring the left arm down towards the foot. Come back up, rotating the arms, and lunge to the left, bringing the right arm down towards the foot. Continue lunging side to side (your arms will move like a windmill). The faster you go and the lower you lunge, the harder it is.
