I managed to do this yesterday afternoon before supper. I first danced to the cupid shuffle which uses your legs and hips. Then I danced to Low which I used my arms, legs and hips. They are both good songs to use to burn some calories why dancing and having fun. My little 3 year old grandson joined me in the dancing.

I have four days in the challenge to lose weight, I have a lot to learn, you must first learn to eat healthy and balanced food.
I started on 13 July. The picture was taken that day, I do not see very well, but I feel worse. One day at a time I have to reach my goal. emoticon

Well I put in the new Ozzy CD and got carried away. When I looked at the clock it had been about 45 minutes. But I must say instead of being tired I felt energized. emoticon

I am off to a great friday! I woke up and did my strength training, followed by my daily bike ride and then 30 minutes of dancing to sweating to the oldies. I feel so alive and refreshed. I am trying to stay as active as possible. I also have a job interview today and feel really good about that as well! Have A Great Day Everyone!

Hi friends!

I can't wait to have my own DANCE PARTY when I get home tonight!

I had a great week...down another 1/2 pound!! WAHOO! I just HAD to have a little bite of cake icing this week...not the cake--just about a tbsp of icing that our local bakery creates--there is nothing like it. I did log it in and counted so it's NOT cheating.

Wishing you a glorious weekend and ENJOY SHAKING SOME OF THOSE FAT CELLS OFF TODAY!!
