I started doing Zumba a couple times a week (most weeks) Sept 2010. It's the first time I enjoyed exercise. I didn't change anything else, so I didn't see changes in my weight. I decided in January 2012 that if I wanted to see changes, I needed to be serious about this in both my eating and exercise. It's working!! I'm eating 5 small balanced meals a day, I'm never hungry, and I lost 13.5 lbs in 1 month!

Hello my name is Valerie I have a lot of weight to lose but I have been faithful to my yoga routine I'm happy to find I'm not the only one that enjoys yoga I know its exersize because I often breoak into a sweat while doing it. Exercise - YES!! at least an hour this morning if not more - chores, i.e. vacuuming, cleaning, feeding horses, unpacking horse feed (8 bags) from back of truck, bathing pug (!!), feeding dogs, walking, etc, etc, etc.
Challenge - I'd say goal is met and it's only 1:30PM - who knows what else I may do. Gotta go to wally world and grocery store to pick up some items.
