Long term goal is to create a ritual that will help me relax and give me a better nights sleep.

Short term goal: Next 7 days before bed, get 10 minutes of cardio, take shower, practice 3 minutes of relaxation breathing and curl up in bed with a good book.....this will be above and beyond my typical exercise.

Reward: I will take a nice hot bath with candles and a lavendar bath bomb on the 7th day.
