I have been disappointed in my progress but I can tell I am making progress. I think after this week the scale will show me that I am doing it. I have been doing everything that is put in front of me and all the action steps.

I don't like to put my before picture up but I may put a before and after picture up at the end because even if you may not be able to tell the difference in the pictures I will know that I did something for myself and I did accomplish something.

I have been writing everything down and while this week was a lot harder than the first week I did it and I feel great!

Finished week two on to week three. This week was Blly Blanks boot camp workout and abs. Abs are so sore, but that means progress is being made. Lost 6lbs. emoticon

Hi all, I finished week 2 and its been a tough week as I'm fighting a sinus infection. but I pushed through it.

pattysh- It sounds like you've hit a plateau. I've been on one for 20 days now. It's part of the weight loss program. Your body reaches a weight it really likes and tries very hard to stay there. It will pass and the scale will drop again.

I have been faithful with doing each of the daily exercise videos, plus additional walking or something cardio each day. I am really frustrated. I can not seem to lose any weight what so ever! I'm stuck. I am tracking my food, and usually just a smidge under what SP says I should be eating. I'm consistent with that too. When I first joined SP the weight just fell off so easily. Now, I can't seem to budge.

I have done well tracking my food. Fiber is still a challenge for me. Didn't exercise yesterday because I was ill, but back to it today! Great workout, busy day.

I am finishing up week 2. I chose the Kick Boxing video for my bonus this week. I enjoyed it, but it just showed how uncoordinated I can be at times.

Hi. Day 13 finished. I did vido 6 today, plus an hour of brisk walking with my dog. I really am having fun with this!

Just finished my last week 2 video. I can't believe how much the videos flew by the second time around. I ended up doing even more bonus videos that required.

I have been using my old Curves Food Tracker book and it is working well. I love filling out the part at the top to log my exercise - curves / daily walk / other and putting "boot camp video" next to other! Oh, and the whole food tracking thing too.

Anyone else find themselves not eating extra because they do not want to have to write it down? Works for me!

Amoebas live forever and you can too.

Finished week two today! yippee yeah! Looking forward to doing week three! I Lost several inches and about a half a pound this last week. Not bad at all for my body being the slow slugger that it is. Reading people's posts helps to keep me motivated as does the feeling of accomplishment when I reach the end of the workout. Keep up the good work everybody! emoticon

I'm on day 18 but never posted in here after my second week completion. I haven't been doing Coach Nicoles videos because for some reason I can't stand them! Not sure if it's her voice or lack of energy?? I've decided to stick to the challenge and follow my own program. 30 day shred plus every other day runs. So far I've completed 18 sessions in 20 days and have taken 2 days off due to fatigue. The running really gets me tired. I've been running 3 miles at about 11-12min each. My goal is to run 11 comfortably and eventually increase my mileage to 5 miles. Can't wait to blog about the challenge completion!

I finished week 2 yesterday. I also found Video 7 to be extrememly hard. I had a knee replacement in July and have a heck of a time getting up off the floor. It's not fun at all!

I finished week two, except I was able to do the video. I did do my cardio and some strenghts when I went to Goodlife. I've lost my home internet access, so I'm going to have to go to library and save the workouts. I'm determined to get this done...

I've had to modify my workouts due to a stress fracture.

I just finished week two. I found that I was more tired out with this week, but still completed everything. Some of that may have to do with all of the snow blowing/shoveling I've had to do this week. (Sheesh!) Glad I joined and still determined to finish! emoticon

For my bonus video I did the 6 min upper body w/ ball work out. It was ok. I've never really known what to do w/ my stability ball besides crunches or sitting on it while watching tv or the computer so I'll definitely try out the others.

I finished week 2 and managed to do my optional video three times. The stretching really helps. But I felt successful just getting up and completing the videos and cardio because I too was suffereing from a winter cold. But I think I really felt a little better forcing myself to get up and move around.

week 2 was a real challlenge for me; not because it was any harder, but because I was doing it while I had the flu. Hopefully this week will go a lot smoother and I can feel like amping it up a lot more.

End of week two- cardio and toning exercises not quite working for me yet, BUT- I am going to incorporate the Bosu! Picked the stretching for runners video- I'm going to do it with Nicole every time I run for a while to develop better regularity. The best part of week two was the nutrition tracking- I wasn't doing it and now I will- very valuable resource!

I started on Jan 3rd and was faithful for the first 5 days. Yesterday I started back with a Leslie Sansone 1 mile walk video and today I started week 2 and chose the 10 minute crunch less core workout as my bonus video. It was challenging and I'll probable feel it tomorrow!

I am wrapping up week 2 - lots of ups and downs, and that is the problem I have with losing and maintenance. I always let other things distract me. I am really trying to work on that and put the time and effort aside to make what I do important to me. I love reading all the posts - they are really inspiring! emoticon

The challenge really helps me not focus so much on food and on eating healthier and exercising. It is great!
