After my bootcamp video, I plan to do the 10 minute Pilates thigh video on one day and the 12 minute pilates abs video another day. This should give me a well rounded workout for the week. emoticon emoticon

After the boot camp day 1 cardio video I decided I needed extra stretches and the 10 Best Stretches for Runners http://youtu.be/yF8x_SIPRYo?a was fabulous!

I did the New You Bootcamp: Day 3 Video and the 5 Minute Beginner Abs Workout w/Ball today. I enjoyed doing both of them.

I added the cardio kickboxing and loved it!. Also tried the pilates for your thighs - ouch!!!

I did the Hip, Glutes, and Thigh Workout for my bonus video. I really appreciate the clear directions on these videos. I am a klutz and usually find it difficult to keep up and do the exercises correctly, but I have done much better with these videos and actually believe I can continue to do this on a regular basis!

I am on day 3 of my second week. I have done the 6 min butt blasting video and the 15 min abs video as my bonus workouts. emoticon
