Does any one have a good system for using deep kitchen cabinets and not having things get lost in the back or have to pull everything out to find things?

Done! Pantry is officially cleaned out, but man did that take just about forever!

I am planning to clean out my pantry this weekend, it is a complete disaster. In doing that I plan to cull anything that is deemed "unworthy"

I need to find a better way to organize my food and use what I have before buying more -- I may have to try a week or so of cook from the pantry (well other than my fresh veggies from the farmer's market)

I've cleaned out most of my kitchen cabinets, but not all. I still have a lot of organizing to do and it's going to take a long time.

Put the food pantry in order and now slowly working on kitchen cabinets

that sounds like a great idea. I have never had money to renew my old kitchen, but I did buy two small lazy susans to put on each side of the bottom of my cabinet. It does help. just a circle or two, and I find what I am looking for.

I have an old china hutch just off to the side of the kitchen. I keep all my spices in a long drawer where they are easy to see and they're away from the heat of the stove. I haven't gone so far as to alphabetize them though - that's a great idea!

I'm planning on working on my pantry this weekend - uggghhhh it's gonna be a big job!

Hooray, I finally got the rest of my kitchen cabinets cleaned out. When we remodeled our kitchen, several years ago, we got a couple of cabinets that had spice racks on the doors. Love them. My spices are in alphabetical order and I can find what I want. Cleaned out the utensil drawers and only kept what we use in there.

I am loving this challenge!!!
