Week 2 went okay. I decided to employ the stress management technique of 3 deep breaths whenever I feel overwhelmed, and this alone has proven to be effective for me this week. I am making lifestyle changes that also make it easier for me to relax, like eating better, getting enough sleep, and spending time outside. This week, adding 30 minutes of exercise will, I believe, improve my mood and help me deal with stress even more, which is good, because it is going to be a pretty stressful week, with a big presentation and a deadline. The program has been helping, though, and I look forward to getting some more good tips.

You've got your whole life to do something, and that's not very long.
