Logging is so important but can be so difficult for me. Don't think it's the time just the priority. But days I log do help emoticon

I understand Louisa...I've been so busy too. I have also gone over on calories and not made the best choices this week :-(...BUT I'm tracking it all.

I am always hungry.

I have been good on cardio. I skipped Monday but got my exercise in yesterday and today.

Still no goal for this month. Who has time to think?

I don't know if I'd say no more... but perhaps limit to one a day. Cold turkey is tough!

It's good. Try it. No more Coke. Hm, sounds like we have your goal for August.

I'll try, it's just not the same., I don't know why. I'm sure it's a mind over matter thing.

HOWEVER... I ran today! I totally wanted to say, "I ran; therefore, I am." I don't know. I think the exertion has made me goofy.

Ha - probably could save enough each month to cover my data plan! emoticon

I know that even without the sugar... I'm just dumping chemicals into myself. The trick is cracking the carbonation addiction... that's the part that I crave that I can't seem to satisfy with sparkling waters.

K.I.S.S. - that's my plan!

I've reset my ticker to reflect my real weight - ugh, I have some WORK to do. I weighed yesterday and I'm well over 140 again (though it's better than it was when we first got home from our honeymoon).

All of my clothes that I bought in Spring/Early Summer are uncomfortably tight.

*sigh*

So I started logging... and I resolve not to quit logging once I'm home from work.

I'm planning on jumping back into C25k, hopefully around week 3 (instead of all the way back to the beginning), so that I can make it through races this fall. My gym, however, is closed part of this week for maintenance... so I'll probably walk instead of riding a bike for additional cardio. (I need to pick up an actual bicycle sometime soon.)

And in really keeping my goals simple... I'm resolving to get back into the habit of drinking water. I've been sucking down Coke Zero like you wouldn't believe. Time to give the diet soda a rest.

Thanks Louisa,

Back to basics is good for all of us sometimes!

These are do-able!

My goal for the month is to really work on running. Even on the hot humid days when I need to do it on the treadmill. The past month I did it faithfully on many days, but the humid ones I just skipped it and did other activities inside. I need to RUN if I have any chance of making a decent time in October!

Ok- it's time to get back to reality. It's a new month and a new start. I have been doing so-so and as all of you know, July was a horrible month for me. So back to basics again.

3 challenges for this week:

1. Log everything you eat. EVERYTHING.
2. Cardio 5 days this week.
3. Set a goal for the month of August. Something/anything you want to accomplish and share it with the team.

Good luck!!!
