I was really hoping to be 190 for my aniversary on Sunday. I do not remember exactly what I weighed a year ago, but I am sure it was over 200! I am excited...now if I can just keep myself from ruining my sucess by over celebrating!

I only lost four-tenths of a pound. I know it is still a weight loss. I'm happy since I was in New York City all weekend and really didn't watch what I ate. All the walking I did helped.

I decided to change my goal weight, to make it more realistic after my AHA moment that slow is the way to go.

I really thought I had joined this challenege back in August but can't find my previous post so I'm starting over and will be in from here on out.

I'm actually ok with my weight gain this week. My weekend was a little crazy. I ended up working an 18 hour shift when I thought I was done with my weekend job. I was stressed out, and didn't have a whole lot of time to prepare food, so I had a hot pocket and stopped at McD's for breakfast. I did not eat all day like two weekends ago, but my stress level was super high yesterday. I'm sure that accounts for weight fluctuations.

I did keep up with my plan to walk to and from work every day.

I've been just editing my original post. Didn't realize I should have been creating a new one each week - silly me.

I'm happy to hit 10lbs!!!

Beginning weight - 220 lbs.
Goal weight - 180 lbs.
Aug 2- 220 lbs.
Aug 8- 214 (-6!!)
Aug 15- 212.5
Aug 23- 216 - vacation last week...normally I gain 5-6lbs, so 3.5 is a little better :(
Aug 29- 212...back on track :)
Sep 5- 212...damn that bbq
Sep 12- 211...one's better than none.
Sep 19 - 210...10 down, 60 to go!!
