Hi everyone!

So, I'm reporting my weigh in for the last day of May. It's hard to believe that it's June! It's so nice to have some sunshine & warm weather. I'm loving the ability to be outside.

Starting weight on Jan. 1 - 225
Weight on Jan. 31 - 222
Weight on Feb. 28 - 218.2
Weight on March 31 - 219.2
Weight on April 30 - 218.8
Current Weight on May 31 - 215.8

Goal weight for 14 pounds down, 211. I would love to be in the one-der-land again soon!

I am down 9.2 pounds for the year so far. That is only 4.8 pounds to go for a total of 14 pounds.

hi, everyone, hope everyone, is reaching all their goals.

I am really late entering my info. better late than never.
Last weigh in was 4/18 weight lost 10 lbs. and 9 inches, lost 1.5% in body fat.

Overall the results were ok. I did expect them to be much higher, but it is what it is. I made some changes since the 18th. and on the 10th I plan on rechecking my weight and measurements again. To see if these changes helped or not.

So, I'm just reporting my weigh in for the last day of April. I've had some ups & downs with a cold & cough this month which has delayed my losing streak. I haven't been out exercising as much as I would have liked. But I continue to lose little by little.

Sounds good to me, I'm in! I've lost 11 lbs based on today's weigh in, but with pretty high fluctuations, I'm only sure of 7 lbs of that, still that's 7 pounds less to deal with!

HI again everyone, I still haven't checked my weight emoticon
I have checked my measurements and still at 14 inches total lost from my waist, hips, arms, thighs, calf, and neck. I gained .5 inch on my waist which is weird, but I lost another half inch on my arm. So IDK what's going on there.

I'm kind of chicken to get on the scale emoticon Just concerned, that the scale is not going to give me a number that I'll be happy with, and that would soooooo discourage me and my efforts and frankly piss me off. I do plan for SURE to check my weight on April 16, which would then be at my 2 month mark of going to the gym. I need to be able to calculate my % of body fat, etc.... Well I'm still going to the gym and I feel very good about that and healthier. I can tell in the aerobics classes, that I am not stopping as much as when I first started Or as lost. And I am pushing harder too. So that is a great feeling and accomplishment.

Hi everyone I am down another 2.3lbs today and I am shocked because I have not been sleeping right and had some stress in my life with my new puppy who is very sick.
