Yep, my cat is a fatty! He'll chase a laser pointer for as long as I'll let him though. Then he has to lie on the tile to cool off. :) I took Spanish in college, but never really learned to speak it very well. I have Rosetta Stone now so no excuses!

I love the fact that you have book goals (I do, too :) and practicing Spanish (something I loved in high school but has fallen to the wayside), and exercising your cat! I have 3 cats and they all could do with a little more exercise! Awesome!

Oh, and your fitness goals are good, too, hehe emoticon

I made goals in Spiritual, Healthy Living, Healthy Eating, Hobbies, and Finances.

Here are my Healthy Living and Healthy Eating goals. I like the word "goal" better than "resolution" because to me, resolutions are pass/fail. You either did it, or you didn't. Goals, to me, are on a sliding scale. So even if you didn't make 100% of your goal (ex, losing 10#), you can still see that you made progress (ex, losing 8#).

Anyway, my goals:

Healthy Eating:
Track nutrition 1x/week
Write out dinner meal plans weekly
Eat 3 F&V/day, moving up to 5
Take multi-vitamin 5x/week, moving up to 7x
Have pop 1x/month
Have dessert 1x/week

Healthy Living:
Marathon? Ultra? Bike Race?
Tough Mudder
Take 10k steps/day
Set new step record monthly
Do 10 flights of stairs/day
Set new stair record monthly: Fit Bit
Set new stair record monthly: Stairmill
Weigh between 135 and 139
ST 1x/week, keep training log and beat PRs
Beat PR for one racing distance
RUN 7 miles/week

I received a Wellness journal for Christmas and had a long car ride to be able to put together my goals. I made personal, professional, home & family, and health & wellness goals.

My health and wellness goals for 2013
Maintain my goal weight in a 5 pound band
Complete an Ultra Marathon
Set PRs in the 1/2 marathon
Complete a marathon in under 4 hours
Complete 1 pull up without any assist

Hmmm, I will have to think about this. There's a few things that I want to do, but I don't know how realistic they are... I'll start brainstorming and post again when I have a plan.
