Ran yesterday, rest from running today is Zumba.....run again tomorrow...it should be interesting...but I am not afraid

Carve out what is most important to you first, then allocate your day to others! I promise you and they will be better for this decision!!

Week 6 is hard! I only completed 6/8 intervals this morning. I am going to complete at least 7 on Wed.
I am running a 5K on June 5th and really want to finish training before hand, but man.!

Anyone else feeling it?
I am proud- I started C25K twice before and never made it this far.

Oh and someone told me I should be running with my mouth closed- only nose breathing, but then I feel like I am suffocating! I don't get enough air that way. Anyone else hear that?
