did it on Monday and it's really not that bad, my knees were sore teh last 5 minutes

Good to know it's not too hard. I'm starting Week 6 tomorrow, and pretty nervous about increasing the running.

Oh, ok! I was reading it differently and counting in the 1 minute of walking. I got it all done and was surprised. I was really nervous about it too - like I am every wk - but it really wasn't bad. I'm sure you'll do great. Thanks for answering my question and good luck!!

Hey Candi,

It's your math that's off. It's 8 intervals that are 4 minutes long, so 32 minutes in all.

Just out of curiosity, how did day 1 go? I'm nervous about upping my total number of intervals when I do day 1 on Thursday.

I'm starting Wk 6 today (can't believe I made it this far!!) & I want to be sure I'm doing the right thing -it's 1 min walk/3 min run x 8. What confuses me is if I do this, I come up w/ 35 minutes and not the 32 as stated. Am I reading it wrong or is my math wrong? Either is entirely possible. Thanks!
