I'm so glad to read that D2 was easier for some than D1.

I just did D1 today, and I wimped out on the 6th interval and only ended up running 20 minutes out of the first 30. It was totally a mental thing, too. I started listening to that little voice in my head that said "Stop. You can't do this.", and I let it take hold.

Not on Wednesday!! I will run all 8 intervals. I was really worried about dropping back to one minute of walking, but that wasn't a problem at all. Must. beat. this. mental. naysayer.

Had a great walk/run tonight at the gym. I actually started to loose count and think I jogged more than I ran. I love the walk breaks. I'm getting faster at recovery. Going to go riding tomorrow & will finish week 6 on Friday or Saturday.
