I am having such a hard time transitioning into week 7. I almost got so discouraged but then I told myself, "look how far you have come in just 2 months time"!!!
I think part of my problem is I am only running on my treadmill since the weather isn't nice enough to run outside. Another part is I run after work at around 4 in the afternoon and I am tired from my day. I am thinking that maybe I'm not eating enough carbs to give me the energy that I need for this week of the program. Not sure, any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!
I have downloaded a podcast to my ipod that is a 3:1 ratio, I am going to continue on until I feel ready for week 7. My next race is April 7. Hopefully I will have completed the program by then.
