I faltered last week so today I restarted week 6. I completed day one with alterations. I did the first half with 1 minute recovery time and the last half with 2 minutes recovery time. I would not have finished today if I had not increased my recovery time. The best part is; I didn't beat myself up for not finishing week 6 as scheduled. I chose to look and move forward instead. After my workout today, I patted myself on the back. emoticon

You can repeat as many times as needed. You can also modify the weeks, run more, run less, walk more, walk less, walk longer, run shorter.....

I think its better to repeat a week whenever you need to. Your still doing great, listen to your body and avoid injuries.

I would repeat the week. It won't hurt you to train at the same level to build your stamina.

I did four days and it wasn't terrible. Legs tired and challenged breathing. The three minute run just wasn't easy and I don't think I can go to four yet.

What do you guys think repeat or on to week ? emoticon
