emoticon I crossed the finish line! Today is my day 3/week 5 ...completion of my 5 weeks training here with this team! I am so ExCiTeD!!! My time for this 5K was 34:03!!!!
I am done!! ...joined the Jef Galloway team...I like Jeff's style of running a lot!

Thank you for the great training program! SP never ceases to AmAzE me in the awesome motivating ways to inspire all of us!!
