I did my race day on Saturday. Didn't sleep well, started my monthly cycle, and just out right tired, but I still ran. My husband was home and he ran with me. Not much was going my way, but I went and did it any way. I was hoping to find a local race, but didn't have time to search for one. My husband did the whole run with me and we ran it in 29.02 minutes. 9.5 minute miles. It was fun to do it with my husband. What a great day. I feel as if I accomplished something, even when all the odds seemed stacked against me for that morning. It felt great. Thank you SparkPeople....it makes me want to do another one. Fun!
