Mary Joy, I like your goals. I like the spark nutrition tracker. It is a good break down of protein, carbs, etc. I like it. It does help to have things prepped, doesn't it? Good luck with all of your goals.

I plan to continue to log in to spark people & track calories. Also continue to Pre-Prep my meats & veggies & place in freezer for easy access. Try to move as much as my body will let me.

I like your goals Glenna. I have not been walking as much, it has been so hot. I am getting out more so that is good & made 2 healthy dishes this week. YUM!

My goal is to walk outside. There is so much beauty outside & in Ohio the winter is much harder to walk outside. Now is the time to get walking in Ohio
