Calphin, I have never tried it. I do like the taste of lobster, so maybe this recipe is in my future. Good to see you posting.

Page 117 in the 1993 Newsletter cookbook, there is a simple recipe for mock lobster. Anyone ever tried it?
16oz frozen haddock
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp vinegar
Cover fish with hot water and salt/vinegar. Boil 20 minutes. Remove from water and broil 5 minutes on each side.
