My KEY 2020 strategy is TRACKING FOOD to result in a goal loss of 100 pounds (so 111.20 on ticker, started year 11.2 down from summer 2019)

The world is opening back up. It's time for us to say " Ciao, Sofa" at least a few minutes each day. For many of us, fitness and nutrition have taken a backslide. I think it's the nature of the beast.

June's challenge is to get at least 10 minutes of movement for the next 30 days. The idea is just to restart our momentum.

It does not have to be cardio. You can choose flexibility training or strength training. It just has to be an intentional movement. We encourage you to mix it up.

Amanda (blessed being) has some wonderful reviews of several videos that are 10 minutes or more. She lets you know what you are in for!

And you can just report in on the wall or in this thread. It's up to you. Reporting in is just an accountability tool.
