I just saw this and my goal for today was to get in a short strength training session before work, which I did.

Now I'm working on staying within my calorie range. Had a larger breakfast so needing to make adjustments on the fly.

To focus on creating a gratitude list. Also to set some short term goals, 1 year goals and 5 year, and 10 year goals.

I may also create a Kanban board for my short term goals to move items from "to do" to "in progress" to "completed." I'll share this in a blog if I get this done today.

My plan is to remain focused on my goals. I just took a 15 minute walk which is a victory for me. (My stamina has usually been 10 - 11 minutes.) I am doing fine on my food but still working on it.

Today I will give myself a "free day" since I have worked out really hard five days in a row! ... emoticon ...And lots of variety!

This morning I went through my closet and removed all my summer clothes and hung the fall clothes. ( Still have enough of summer things folded neatly in a drawer)...You can't tell I'm ready for fall can you LOL. am going to finish cleaning up my house and go do a few errands

I walked in the house this morning because it was so cool and windy outside, it is 4 PM now and it is only 68 here.
I wanted to get out and did after lunch for a 15 minute walk to my Tai Chi class.
It feels good to get that much done today. Tomorrow will be laundry day!

To let my body have a rest from soda.. I feel so much better without it! Also I need to get 10 minutes of exercise in, I didn't do my strength workout yesterday and today I have horrible allergies so I don't want to do anything too heavy.

We are camping in Mackinaw City for this week with friends~~ SO today I need to go to the nearest WalMart and stock up on foods that the border people would not let me bring over from Canada....like my beloved lemons!! LOVE lemons for my salad dressing and even just to eat! emoticon

To do my physical therapy and fold some laundry

Life is happening now, not 10 pounds from now.
200 plus lbs lost without surgery, crazy diets, or extreme exercise- so have hope!
