Today I had oatmeal and fried egg. The combination really keeps me satisfied for hours. Good for me, works for me and I like it.

Shared a portion of a senior breakfast with a small portion of ham and cheese omelet, hash browns, cantaloupe and 1/2 pancake. Shared meals make eating out easier.

Today we had egg whites with spinach and kale and 1 piece of Ezekiel 4:9 low sodium, flourless bread with just a taste of fresh apple butter. And decaf coffee.
