No problem, I use WW food plan and have it on my phone

Every day I am on the verge of making slight changes that would make all the difference in my life.

One day I won't be able to do this, but today is not that day

Track every bite you take today! Those who track tend to lose more than those who do not, it's like having an accountability buddy with you all the time! More benefits to tracking are those AHA moments when you realize a food you haven't tracked before is more than your daily allotment of calories/points/etc and it helps you to build healthy habits.
