Team introduction:
Support, encouragement and useful information for Sparkers at or around goal weight.

Our team is a safe place to meet and support each other,
and it is mostly based on spontaneous, voluntary actions of the team members.

Team leaders do their tasks voluntarily, and have a limited role: they keep our usual activities going and inform members about news.
Leaders agree to follow the rules below, but otherwise have no mandatory jobs to do.
If a leader wants to stop doing their agreed task, they should tell the other leaders about this in advance.

4A-HEALTHY-BMI: temporarily inactive

Leaders will not make any major changes affecting the team without a sound reason and without consensus:

A) General: majority of a quorum (ie. leaders who responded within 2 weeks) agree and there is a prevailing consensus of member feedback. If consensus is not clear: 2 week vote of the whole team.
Notification to leaders: Sparkmail, response required in 2 weeks on team leader thread.
Notification to team: announcement on team wall (stays on top 48 hours) and team SparkMail*, feedback collected on sticky topic

B) Exceptional urgent situations: 3 team leaders agree on the course of action, followed up by the general procedure above.
Notification to team leaders: SparkMail, response required in 2 days.

Goal weight:
59 +- 1 kg /// 130 +-2 pounds
CET (Europe, Hungary)

Maintenance Lessons Learned:
-go on with the healthy lifestyle learned in weight loss phase
-just add healthy foods gradually to stop losing
-work out every day - 30-60 minutes is enough to maintain weight and good mood
-do not try to balance overeating by extreme workouts, it is not going to work
-avoid overeating, instead of satisfaction you get stronger cravings
