I'm making some changes to the focus of this discussion. Purple plan allows more flexibility which isn't always helpful for weight loss. I just listened to a Youtube Vlog (See Mindy Mom) where the vloger talked about being on maintenance and following purple. Post any recipes or ideas to help with following the Purple Plan, or Freestyle plus. This plan is similar to the Simply Living plan with some changes. I am also going to include maintenance here because I think it fits and maintenance is hard.

Love your reminder that eggs are food for every meal. I've noticed fried or poached eggs on salads.

Breakfast for dinner? YES please!
I made 2 scrambled eggs with sliced bananas and the pop out pancake! This @fashionfitfoodie__ s recipe. To make the pancake big and fluffy:
add one egg, one small container of no sugar apple sauce, and one teaspoon of vanilla. Mix it all up in the pancake container and microwave it for 4 minutes. Take it out of the cup and cut it up.


half teaspoon in water of boiled eggs, should peel right off!

Made the Berry Salad someone had posted yesterday. Itís delish! My family loves it!
4 c Greek yogurt
1 pkg vanilla sugar free pudding mix
1 pkg strawberry or raspberry sugar free jello mix... I used raspberry
Mix these together then add cut strawberries, blackberries, raspberries and blueberries. 0 points for 3/4 cup

Two point breakfast consisting of Fage 0% yogurt and a packet of pineapple crush drink mix. It is sweet and filling with 18 grams of protein.

Cheesy Fiesta Hashbrowns 💜1sp 💜

Fiesta Friday!!! My hubby requested to have these for breakfast this morning! So flavorful!!

Recipe
In small skillet sprayed with pam cook veggies til softened, add queso, and warm til cheese melts!

1 1/4 c Frozen Hashbrowns
1/3 c Frozen Corn Kernels
1/4 Chopped Onions
1/4 c Pico de Gallo
1/4 c Salsa Chunky
3T Trader Joe's Queso Cheese Dip 1 sp

Yum!! Love veggies in the morning!!
