Is there any subsititute for a kettlebell? Can you use a 10# dumbell and accomplish something similar? I do not want to spend anymore money on fitness equipment if I can use pieces for multi functional purposes?

I'm starting a kettlebell challenge on Jan 14th . It's for 3wks so it ends Feb 2nd. It's ST for 3 days incorporated with cardio.. I've done it before and loved it.. Here's the link:

If interested let me know..we can hold each other accountable. You can use dumbbells if you dont have them but I got my kettlebell at wal-mart for $20.
