OMG! What a long week but last couple of days were awesome for me. Thanks to everyone! I'm so happy too!! Speaking of our happiness, I just logged into Fitbit and couple of buddies just passed me and they're also on our team (not u). Double dare. Lol
Of course I'll be emoticon and feeling emoticon and wanting emoticon but after I pass them, I'll be emoticon and so thrilled and emoticon .
Should I get up from this comfortable sofa? emoticon See ya...

I've not been here in a very long time, and I definitely need it. I'm all over the board with my emotions - happy to have eaten something healthy for breakfast even though I wanted to eat anything but (this follows a week long binge of really bad food), and happy that I am drinking lots of water, and happy to have this site.

Sad that it feels like my goal is so far away, more sad that it is of my own doing and the 50 pounds can't be diminished in the blink of an eye.

So I need to focus on the happy "I can do it and I AM doing it" - that will keep my spirits up instead of beating myself up which ultimately puts me into an abyss of sadness.

emoticon but a bit tired. I felt productive yesterday and I made my son happy and feel loved by canceling my lunch with a friend and going to his rocket launch at school. He had asked me a few time over the last week or so if I was going to be able to come on one of the two days. So I finally canceled on my friend. I think it was worth it. I even got video so his dad could see.

Not only did JOJOSLIVIN lost weight, emoticon by the way, she kept me on my toes with lots of emoticon . We did a little over emoticon and off exactly by 100 steps. Fitbit allows you to send messages of encouragement but I dared her to make up the steps. I think she was already sleeping by the time I checked on our Team Goal '5,000 steps per day'.

Totally tired by 8,500 steps but others kept passing me by so I had to keep going! It was worth it!

I lost three pounds in three weeks emoticon

I was able to finally get the Harley Davidson booties I've been wanting to get for my grandson. (A wonderful girl at the Harley shop put them on hold for me for two weeks just so I could get them!) emoticon

My husband is on vacation this week and we plan to do a lot of nice long rides on the Harley and visit new places and eat at new restaurants emoticon

Boy, looks like I need to open the emoticons! I ate a lot for lunch and I am STILL hungry emoticon and that really annoys me emoticon but at least I got in a good 45 minute power walk this morning. emoticon I have had a really productive rest of the day emoticon and that makes me feel competent and good about myself. emoticon

Everyone's passing me by on Fitbit. emoticon But it's ok emoticon as my calves are still healing emoticon from that steep hill emoticon hiking trail. I'm exercising my arms emoticon so I can look and feel like a emoticon rockstar!

One week left until I can start back with my walking emoticon and gradually back to my other workouts. WAN2BMED I'm so sorry about your frustration. Is it possible that you're trying too hard to accomplish faster or timely results? I think you said earlier you'll be working with your trainer for a month but I forgot or don't know when you started doing the workouts. Usually our body at a certain point-and it's different with everyone-converts fat to muscle so it may have lost fat but also gained muscles so net affect will be zero. (do you feel any muscles?)

As much as I gotten to know you, I think you already know this. So, it may not be related to your workouts. How about your food? Are you actually tracking it or just assuming you know better how much you eat. And your sleeping pattern? How about your sodium? Are you eating all meals nutritionally balanced? Also with your workouts, is your calories burnt indicated from SP or from your gym. It's better to be under than over. Hope this helps.

I'm more of upset. I just did a assessment test and I did not loose inches that I was expecting. I've been working my butt off but not much of butt has been lost.
I didn't meet my goal of body fat loss % by 0.5%. I work out 6 days a week. W/trainer 1 hours 5 day a week Cardio 1 hours 6 days a week. I don't know what more I can improve on. I don't eat any junk or process food. I drink 1.75 gallon of water everyday.
No juice or soda too. emoticon emoticon emoticon
