When I'm focused on my health as I am now I will get exercise usually 6 days a week.
I Play tennis on Tuesdays and Thursdays (most of the time). M & W I'm doing my "video games" Wii Exerbeat or Zumba. On the weekends when it's not 100 degrees outside. Spend a good part of the day in the yard gardening. Usually on Fridays I'm so tired from the week I crash on the couch early and I'm asleep well before my typical bed time!
There are times when I do other fitness activities. I have a membership at Planet Fitness and do go there occasionally. I need to start going at lunch again.

Normally I exercise 5 to 6 days a week. I normally do my workouts in the morning, but sometimes I'll go for a walk during lunch if the weather is nice. I try to do S.T. at least 2 times a week. I also sometimes workout while watching tv, something simple like marching in place.

I exercise 6-7days/week. Strength training 3x week and cardio 6-7 days/week but do less cardio on my strength training days. I do 10 mins of stretching every day. I try to make Sunday my rest day but always feel like I need to do something. I am trying to just do a leisurely walk that day.

I walk every day, and I try to do cardio every day too.

During winter, it is mainly cross-country/downhill skiing or snow shoeing.
The rest of the year: golf, swimming, nordic walking... and I have all sorts of Wii games to keep me busy when it is raining.

I should include Strength Training.

I always tried for 6 (3 cardio and 3 strength), with the new challenge I'm doing 'something' 2-3 times a day

I exercise 5-7 days most weeks. I do the wiifit and/or walk.

Usually 6/7 days. I tend to alternate between a cardio/weight routine and a brisk walk.

I'm not sure how many steps I walk in a day but I am very busy during the day. Also, I do walk/run almost every night for at least 30 minutes many times 45. I average 12 minutes a mile.

I try to walk at least 5,000 steps per day. I also swim laps for 15 minutes in the pool when I'm home during the day. Once it's a little warmer, I'll probably do it in the evenings when I get home from work as well.

How often do you exercise in a week?

Mostly cardio for now.
I walk anywhere 5,000 to 11,000 steps daily.
Stationary bike 30 min twice a week (without my Fitbit)
Treadmill with incline 45min twice a week (with Fitbit)
