I recently read a few articles on SP. And summarizing what I got out of those articles is to use numbers to motivate and to push yourself to complete one more rep or 5 more minutes.

So--here's a challenge for the rest of December---

I challenge each of us (myself included) to do 5 more minutes of cardio or strength training.

Do at least 1 more rep of each exercise.

Simple, easy, doable. Let's do this!!
