Ooooh emoticon spring break wasn't good to me. I gained 1.2 lbs, hadn't done that since January. Oh well better luck next week. Hope everyone has a great week this week.

Nothing lost, nothing gained.
Now, that's not exactly true, because I've gotten in lots of time on the treadmill and have added some strength work, too, so I know my muscles are coming back, and I'm eternally grateful for the knowledge that a cubic inch of muscle weighs considerably more than a cubic inch of fat. I don't recall just how much more, but enough to be reassuring. Plus, once the muscle is there, more energy is required to maintain it, giving a whole new meaning to the term critical mass.

So... If I'm not having to lie on the bed to zip my jeans, good stuff is happening. We'll give the scales another chance next week.

Lost 3.5 pounds...but I have a very tricky scale that depending on where it is placed on the bathroom floor your weight can fluctuate. I did a 2-location sample and got the same number in both!

I am weighing in on Mondays and Fridays. My Monday weigh ins are up a bit but still lower than last Monday.

March 20- 119.43 lbs
March 27- 119.24 lbs

In my defense, my middle boy turned 18 on Saturday so we had a feast of Japanese chicken wings and assorted other goodies and cake of course...I will do the time since I did the crime...next Monday will be better. and Friday weigh in will be better, too.
