MOMPIRIER Holly Molly Cast already off! emoticon I know there is a lot of strength exercises on a chair but cardio? Are you allowed to swim... or are you not allowed to go in water yet... it's the only thing tht came to mind right now. I'll look it up in fitness.
Teeming is when they have to use the jumpers for electric shock to the heart.

I saw the surgeon today. Cast/splint off and walking boot on. I am still supposed to use the crutches, for support only. I see him again in 2 weeks when I should start physical therapy. Will continue with my arm/upper body workouts using my weights. I plan to check out a seated cardio work out and see if I can do that.

My ankle is feeling okay, just aches a little. My back hurt s a lot when I use the crutches. I see the doctor tomorrow. Hopefully I won't need the crutches anymore.

Sorry to hear you were at the hospital again. What is teeming? I'm not familiar with that term. Take care.

Good job MOMPOIRIER! How are you feeling?

Not much exercise here. Second day, this week, in hospital and doctor appointment in between Was teemed today for my heart and doctor doesn't feel like I should dive into exercise right now. Can't be left alone for 24 hours after teeming, can't drive and DH has to wake me up every 4 hours

Added a walk for 5 times a week, doing the same every day and see how much faster I'll get at the end of my 5th day. It's a personal challenge. I expect toad to it as the weeks go by. Got to start somewhere. Took me 17 minutes and 30 seconds today.

I walk everyday. My usual goal is 10,000 steps daily ( 5 miles) on the treadmill.

Today I walked only 6,000 steps ( 3 miles ) feeling tired today.

Had a hard time doing any exercise today. Did do some light house cleaning and 15 min on gazelle then back said - enough.
