WNCGIRL You're doing well with your exercises.

I aim for 200minutes a week. I don't think I'll get there this month because of health issues and I'm ok with that. Next month I'll do what I can weekly again and try to do some type of maybe strength exercise to regain some strength. Tried some cardio and near fainted today and nearly ended in the hospital again so I'll ease in to it.... emoticon

MSROZZIE and JANEEZ4 : How are you doing with your goals for 2020? Once the goals established, don't forget to establish the steps you will take to achieve your goals and that they are realistic/doable.

To achieve a goal, it is more likely that you'll succeed if you make them smaller like divided in 12 months, Example; Losing 50 pounds this year is enormous but losing 4 pounds a month is doable. Or a pound a week?

This Team is about weigh-in and making healthy decision. You all know we are so much more! We wear many hats ; we are also, parents, sibling, spouse, employee/employer, member of a community, organizer of our home, daughter/son, our Spiritual life and so much more. I understand it takes up a lot of your time. But this year we have to take some ME time to take care of ourselves because we matter and without a healthy YOU it makes it hard/impossible to give 100% to all other parts of our life.

While some of our hats are demanding, we have to also look at our lifestyle/habits and be our healthiest A healthy weight will not only alleviate weight/pressure on your legs and heart, lower high blood pressure and more! It can also prevent future health problem.

Food for thought for this month.
