I already exercise for about 10 mins as soon as I get up in the morning. Just enough to wake up all the joints. I will just have to add another 10 minute session during the day. Hope it will help.

March is exercise month. In the first week you are challenged to add 10 minutes of exercise to your to-do list every day. This will ease you in gently. For the more experience members, try a new exercise for 10 minutes this week and every week try something new in your exercise plan for 10 minutes.

As a older overweight person I need challenges to help me and basically tell me what to do. I am wanting to loose 75-100 lbs and hope a monthly challenge team might do the trick. Your to-do list and menu sound helpful.

My resolve to reach a healthy weight is stronger than ever! I have added some personal challenges to regain my health! I have added steps to take to ensure better health - even made them part of my to-do list and menu emoticon emoticon

I decided in June 2019 that it was my time.
I set up my goals and started out with BABY STEPS.
I am now 42 lbs lighter than I was. My BMI is on the line between Obese and Overweight.
I am so excited about that, about how my clothes are fitting and the things that I can do more easily.
Unfortunately my back pain has remained pretty much the same but I can walk better now.
I look forward to reaching my healthy weight this year. I look forward to sharing the journey with all of my Spark friends.

We just need to do a very small change to BEGIN the new direction of our life..... Once you take the First step, you are already ahead of the person that hasn't. emoticon

With this in mind, let's explore a little further. We all dream about losing weight. Every now and then we dream about it yet again. And then some of us keep dreaming while others make it their goal. emoticon versus emoticon

I have decided last October that it was time! My goal? Be at a healthy weight. Being and overweight or obese is like standing in front of a truck waiting to get hit. And guess what? I AM OBESE!!! emoticon I want to be healthy. I want to control my blood pressure by losing weight. I want to alleviate the weight on my knees so I can walk a distance without my emoticon

I suggest for this month that we make the decision to be at a healthy weight and work towards that goal. For me, I won't get there this year as I have to much to lose but I will be there next year. emoticon LOL

Let our dream not be a dream anymore but a goal. emoticon AND SCORE! Let's get to a healthy weight. Carry for 15 minutes a 10 pound load of butter or sugar. Hard right? well imagine 25 pounds, 50 pounds or a hundred pound load or more. emoticon This is what some of us carry day in day out, every minute of the day. Can you imagine the stress we impose to our body? our legs? our heart? emoticon

Together we will get healthy and we CAN do this emoticon
