It looks like we have not had a challenge in a while. Let's get to it. Do not post weekly check ins in this thread. There will be check-in threads for that. Use this thread to sign up, discuss challenges, discuss goals, and give support.

The rules:

Starting Weight for the Challenge:
Weekly Weigh In:
Pounds Lost for the Week:
Exercise Minutes:
Days You Tracked Food:

10 pst for every pound lost. (You can only lose it once though. No counting pounds twice.)
1 point for every 10 minutes of exercise
1 point for every day tracking food.

Check in by Monday of each week. We start today.
