Just completed the Day 3 video and added a few extra upper body exercises to the mix. Need to complete my cardio. I had planned on Walking Off the Pounds for 30 minutes, but after reading someone's post I might turn on the Wii and do some cardio on that instead.

Good job and good luck to everyone.

I enjoy coach Nicole's workouts! You can adapt them to your level of difficulty. I am starting over after about a year of being unable to do any type of serious exercise becasue of an injury so this is a perfect jumpstart for me! I am starting with 3 lb weights and then can do the same exercises with more weight later on.

5 lbs should be challenging. If you're doing cardio then maybe the 2 to 3 lbs are good.

What size weights should I use? I have 1, 2, 3 and 5 lbs and I want to make sure this is challenging enough.

Day 2 was a no go for because I got hit with a migraine. I slept the day away to avoid the pain. Woke up the morning of Day 3 about 1 hour earlier than necessary, 1:30am instead of 2:30am, and instead of going back to sleep or just laying in the bed I got up and did my videos. I did Day 2 and 3. I needed the full hour because I had to figure out how to get the YouTube videos to play on the living room TV. LOL I am definitely technology challenged! Just finished lunch and will be heading out of my 30 minute walk.

Striving to make today better than yesterday!!!

Doing very well getting all my exercise in. I'm trying to do a minimum of 1 hour of strength and/or cardio at least 5 days a week. I'm logging all my food and exercise. My plan is to weigh myself once a week or even every two weeks (if I can stand the suspense) and use my measurements to chart my progress.

Failure is NOT an option!

Completed day 2 yesterday and day 3 today. Really liked some of the lower body exercises and will be adding them to my regular routine. Did not find the upper body exercises too challenging but wasn't using very heavy weights either. Loving how this challenge is helping me keep up with my other fitness as I just get started after i finish the videos for this one
