I had a HORRIBLE May. Injury and illness plagued my attempts to eat well or go to the gym. I had a fall that put me out for 2 weeks and then a horrible head/chest cold that put me out for almost another 2. I gained 6 pounds in the last month so I NEED to get back on track. Good things have happened too and I am more determined than ever!

I round to the lowest pound for ease of measurement.

Well I am back to try again. I just had tarsal tunnel release surgery on April 29 so tomorrow it is three weeks post operative. I am requesting help in remaining positive and keep up my goal of losing 100 pounds.

Ok got my batteries for my scale so here goes.

SW: 275
GW: 261.25

Weight x .01 (number of percentage)

1% = - 2.75 pounds = 272.25

2% = - 5.50 pounds = 269.50

3% = - 8.25 pounds = 266.75

4% = -11.00 pounds = 264

5% = -13.75 = 261.25


Even if this is cancelled I still want to try. Maybe instead of spark goodies we could earn a seasonal emoticon like emoticon . dont know just an idea.

I can't believe I did this to myself. I overate for the last couple of day by a tremendous amount and gain a ton of weight. Starting today, I am back on the straight and narrow. No more treats as far as food is concerned for a long time.

Had a fall this week bashed up my knees pretty good. I am hoping to at least do some swimming this coming week. I'm in a bit of pain and I'm waiting for my scrapes to heal. No yoga, pilates, weights, treadmill, exercise bike etc until I am better. Swimming is my best bet.

I was actually below my 2% weigh-in weight on Sunday morning, but couldn't sleep last night and ended up eating until almost 6 am. I am so upset that it affected my weigh-in. Hopefully next week, I will be able to reach my 2% goal.
