I have been experimenting with the times during the day that I consume the day's worth of calories and the recommended 64 oz of water. I know it seems excessive and obsessive, but I have been weighing myself morning, afternoon and at bedtime to see whether the time of calorie and water consumption make a difference in my morning weight. I am looking for patterns in my weight fluctuations and I'm hoping this will help me identify positive trends. So here goes!
