I made it the whole 14 days! Started at 145.6 on Feb. 15 and ended on Feb 28 at 141.8.

Now I'm ready to see what I can do in March!!

Yes we can!! I've got 8 days behind me - I'm not about to blow it now!! Then I'm starting a NEW 14 day challenge - because this is WORKING for me and I want to keep the cravings GONE!!

AMarilynH's posted in the daily check-in thread that her Friend inspired her to create a challenge for herself.
Marilyn decided to do 14 days -
Until the END of February ON PLAN as her personal challenge.

"sticking to 'The Plan' foods for 14 days - no exceptions."

Others have chimed in that they are READY for that too!
start where you are 10 days left!

Please let us know here that you are up to the challenge
and then at the end of the month, please report - honestly - how you did.
(and feel free to chat, share, etc here or in daily-check-in or wherever!!!!)

I will send out some sparkgoodies to those that succeed and can accept them!!!

(I'm not joining in this challenge, as my Mom's surgery is next week -
BUT - I AM rooting for each and every one of you!)
