Last Report for this Challenge for me:

I am down 0.4 this morning
AND
I had a small slice of cake after dinner!

So that is a 3.4# loss for this Three Day Run of Friendly Days!

I hope that others were spurred on to do a friendly run and had some success, too....

I went a little off my planned Menu and had a friendly fish take-out meal -
I still consider this a friendly day - just not the menu as I had planned!

Three Days Done -

Is anyone with me on Day Three????

I woke up about 2 hours early with some severe weather and got up,
so I weighed in that early, down another 1# from Day 2 of this Challenge.
I have not eaten or drank yet though, so I will probably weigh myself at normal time, too,
out of curiosity! (addendum: normal weight time = exact weight as earlier!)

The store was out of fresh blueberries yesterday
and I remembered on the drive home that I could have chosen frozen blueberries,

I picked up fresh apricots, sweet cherries, and strawberries (all friendly for me) and will try to get blueberries later in the week. They were out of zucchini, too; thankfully it won't be long before I will be picking that out of the garden!

Here is my Menu Plan for today:

B: flax granola, sweet cherries, coconut milk beverage
L: lettuce, avocado, pumpkin seeds, carrot ginger soup
S: almonds
D: chicken, spicy apricot sauce, craisins, broccoli, 1/2 potato, butter

You may have noticed that my Menus are all fairly similar for these 3 days;
I am working on healing from last weekend, I want to lose more weight and push past a stall, and I have a Birthday Celebration for a Friend on Thursday that will probably cause a reaction,... so .... I have chosen some Menus that should give me good results for these 3 days. So far, this Challenge has been working well for me!


Is anyone still with me here?

I am SO hoping to hear some good reports this morning!!!!

I am down 2# after Day 1 and down to a new low!!!! weekend healed - YaY!

Do you have your Plan for tomorrow? Do you have your Menu figured out?

Here is my plan for Tues, Day 2:

B: flax granola, chopped apple, craisins, coconut milk beverage
L: picnic lunch: chilled carrot ginger soup, sunflower seeds, rye cracker w/ almond butter
S: cherries if the store has some nice ones, otherwise I'm not sure?
D: chicken, broccoli, leftover sauteed kale,zucchini w/ spicy coco sauce

Dinner is done here! well,
I am about to have a couple of Dove Dark chocolates, (because I can emoticon )
and then I will be done for the day!

Because my fridge is so empty, I decided to give it a good cleaning while my carrot ginger soup was simmering!

Fridge done!
Lunch done!

set to stay on track today!

Some good results for us would be a GOOD THING!

Does everyone have their Monday breakfast Planned?
or your whole Monday Menu?

I may have to be running to the store tomorrow, Hubby just informed me he ate the rest of the blueberries and we are out of avocados and there are some other things we need, but here is my planned menu for Monday:

Monday
B: flax granola, nectarine sliced, coconut milk beverage
L: carrot ginger soup, sunflower seeds, broccoli, lettuce w/ apple and pumpkin seeds
S: almonds
D: chicken, grated beets, sauteed kale, shiitake, zucchini with spicy coco sauce
