Doing TP along with Brett Hoebel's 20 Day/20 minute body
12/1 Starting weight-(post holiday mess) 1$7.6 UGH!; Goal: 8 LBS down
12/2- Down 2.3
12/3-Up 0.3 Not extra workout water; too many almonds; cocoa powder?; day 2 30 hi/30low workout?
12/4- Down 1.9 with 20 min workout, yogurt and lentils
12/5- Down 1.8 with short toning wkt/cheese at lunch/chicken for dinner. Body happy w/ workout rest. (-5.7)
12/6 Down 0.5 (6.2) with 4x4 workout and coconut "biscuits" w/ dried chives
12/7 Up 1.1 (5.1) Holiday Party....
12/8 Down 0.7 (5.8)
12/9 Up 1.3 -run-in with peanut butter frosting & mix brownies...not my friend
12/10 Down 1.5 sore throat; no exercise yesterday (6.0)
12/11 Up 1.1 evening workout; headache (5.0)

Day 1, Dec 1 - morning weigh-in: xxx#
after Day 1, Dec 2 weigh-in: SAME
................... - on feet 8 hrs - not used to that, past data shows this affects my weight.
after Day 2, Dec 3: down 0.4 - on feet 6 hrs, 1/3 Subway steak & cheese sub { -0.4}
Dec 4: Down 1# - homemade turkey soup made w/friendly veggies { -1.4}
Dec 5: Down 1# - friendly day { -2.4}
Dec 6: Down 0.4 - friendly day { -2.8}
Dec 7: SAME - 4 homemade stuffed pasta shells @ Dinner - cottage cheese, fresh ricotta
.........................AND muscle aches { -2.8}
Dec 8: Down 0.4 - 2 homemade stuffed pasta shells @ Lunch { -3.2}
Dec 9: SAME - celebratory brunch - crab cakes benedict (son got a job he wanted!) { -3.2}
Dec 10: Down 0.4 - back to walking after break for illness, fruitcake { -3.6}
Dec 11: Up 0.6 - unexpected meal out { -3}
Dec 12: Up 0.8 - argh -
..........................very late dinner, long hours on feet, 3 Reeses PB bells, water off { -2.2}
Dec 13: Down 1.4 - YES! { -3.6}
Dec 14: Up 1 - oh no - beef pastie { -2.6}

Dec 15: - in Holiday Do the Best I can Mode - without feeling deprived
- for the rest of December
