well my non workout goal is to learn to be on time for things not late all the time

my fitness goal is to get to 5000 steps day an then build up from there

I want to get into a habit of eating fruit or veggies at every meal. Cut down on my snacks. It takes 21 days to make a habit but only one day to break it.
