TODAY IS MY OFF DAY FROM EXERCISE IN GENERAL BUT I WILL BE OUT IN THE GARDEN, DOING LAUNDRY AND OTHER HOUSEWORK, AND PROBABLY TAKING THE DOGS FOR A WALK! emoticon emoticon

did not work out today (fridays are a running around day after work dose that count?) but I wanted to challenge my self this weekend to go for a walk at least 3 times starting Satruday Morning till end of Sunday.. any one want to join me??

I was traveling all weekend but I did play 2 games of kickball on Saturday, walked in the airport and played ball with my grandson yesterday and gardened for over 2 hours today. Not bad I guess.

I did pretty good all week with working out I wanted to step it up so on my off day at the gym I went for a mile walk boy did that feel good. did not get to walk Friday or today cuz of all the rain and I hear tomorrow is going to be just as nasty .. hmm but if I see even a glimps of the sun I am going out for a walk

Forgot to post yesterday. I did 30 minutes of weight lifting and today I did 40 minutes of cardio. It's one of my favorite videos a 10 minute solution where you dance for exercise. Makes me feel like a dancer. emoticon

So far today, 100 swimmies (ab exercises don't know the real name for them), 80 crunches on the ball, 40 chest presses and 40 overhead dumbell lifts... Not done yet. Plus have walked1.74 miles.

Did not exercise yesterday - I fess up. Work, guest, rain interfered with my 3 mi walk. That's ok - I am learning not to go into melt down and to be flexible.
Tonight I'm hoping I can get my guest to walk with me.

Friday gardened for 2 hours.
Saturday ran 3 miles, 130 crunches and chest presses.
We'll see what today brings.
One of my goals is to do 100 crunches a day and at least some sort of exercise daily!!! No matter how little its something.
