I made Chef Megs mini-vegetable fritittas that were delicous. You make them in a muffin tin and then you have 9 of them. I have two for breakfast with salsa and that is a great breakfast.

I have been eating Raisin Bran this week with skim milk. Yum-o!

Other than eggs..
Fruits are good, yogurt, protein fruit smoothies for summer are nice, ummm... whole grain toast with sugar free all fruit jams, granola

That's just off the top of my head. You should try going to SparkRecipes.com and search the breakfasts. Not everything posted is great for you, but there are tons of ideas that are!

Good luck! I am not a big breakfast person, so I know how it is to kinda draw a blank on healthy breakfasts!

I have a problem with breakfast . MY tummy gets upset when i eat early in the morning . so i try to eat light . but someday i do eat egg and wheat toast dry and bacon or sausage . about every four months when the doctor says get blood work up done . then i head for eat and park . other times its jello or fruit or oatmeal once a in awhile . do not eat pancakes which is my husbands breakfast every morning. My two standbys are steel cut oatmeal with flax seed mixed in. I make a pot of it and reheat during the week. My other meal is egg whites with whatever leftover veggie I have and a glass of skim milk.

NO EXCUSES

Greek yogurt, raspberries or strawberries, turkey bacon, eggbeaters, or Kashi cereal with rice milk. :)

I aim for a 300 cal breakfast that will stay with me for about 4 hours. I look for high fiber and protein and low sugar. Some of my favorites are... oatmeal w/ a side of yogurt or fruit. I buy whole grain mini bagels which are close to the size of an english muffin and only have 110 calories. I have those with my favorite toppings. If I'm getting really wild and crazy I love a mini bagel topped with cream cheese, lox, fresh tomato, and fresh basil...yum yum! I also do protein shakes. I like the Syntha 6 protein shakes with 1 to 1 1/2 cups of skim or 1 % milk. They actually taste great with nothing else added. I like the Chocolate and Chocolate Mint. Great fiber and protein!

oatmeal with fruit, cinnamon and vanilla extract and sweetener to taste (sometimes I mix in protein powder) or have a hard boiled egg with it.

high fiber toast with peanut butter and slice apple or bananas.

I also roll up peanut butter and strawberries in a La Tortilla factory tortilla.

Eggs anyway with vegetables, sometimes with cheese or canadian bacon

Grilled cheese

Cottage cheese with fruit and some high fiber cereal on top. Sometimes I mix fat free plain Greek yogurt with the cottage cheese and fruit.

Protein shake made with protein powder, fruit, milk (or yogurt) flaxseed and ice.

I like polenta sauteed in olive oil with mixed veggies and some type of protein - canadian bacon, veggie burger.....

One more - I like to make french toast with egg whites and a high fiber english muffin or bread. Then I cook some fruit with a bit of water and put over my toast. I also have about 1/4 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt with it.

I like to have protein and veggies with my breakfast every morning. The protein keeps me satisfied longer throughout the morning.

I eat breakfast everyday, but the problem is I don't know what a healthy breakfast is. I can only eat so many eggs (whites,or egg beaters). I would love some ideas from you all.
Thank you
