I only watched videos and read the BLE book.
But I believe the Boot Camp may be very helpful for people who need much community support and / or outside accountability.
I'm an enthusiastic reader and learner, so the book was enough for me.

Goal weight:
59 +- 1 kg /// 130 +-2 pounds

Maintenance Lessons Learned:
-go on with the healthy lifestyle learned in weight loss phase
-just add healthy foods gradually to stop losing
-work out every day - 30-60 minutes is enough to maintain weight and good mood
-do not try to balance overeating by extreme workouts, it is not going to work
-avoid overeating, instead of satisfaction you get stronger cravings

I am not sure where I read or heard but for some reason the number of $1,000 comes up for the Boot Camp - so with the discount you have it would bring it down considerably. Need to think about it but as of today I am doing good - but there could come a time in a couple of weeks that that the boot camp would help

As a Bright Lifer, I get a "perk" of offering 5 friends a deep discount for Boot Camp. I have not used any of them this year. If you think you might consider it if you paid far less tha n the $500 fee, let me know and give me your personal email address and then I will send you a link.

The people I gave it to last year were thrilled that they were finally able to afford to do the camp.

I will say, though, that in order to do it well, you also need to be in a place in your life that you can find the time to watch the (extremely helpful) videos.

Let me know -- also anyone else who may be interested. Once the deep discounts are gone, I have an unlimited number of $100 discounts I am allowed to give to people whom I refer. It's a great way of spreading the word!

I have the book and the cookbook but have not done the Boot Camp or the 14 day challenge.

The 14 day challenge is affordable but the boot camp is just not in my budget - I am on Day 8 and have lost 9.6 pounds and I believe I will be ok with the program without boot camp. I also belong to the official BLE group on facebook and a private BLE group on facebook - the official group is very, very large with a lot of support from others that are giving lots of encouragement. That group has really help me a lot this first week.

Have you done the Boot Camp - if so can you give an idea what is all involved. Like I said I just couldn't reason putting that money into it - we are retired an on a very tight budget - but on the other hand should I start to struggle with the plan I might reconsider but would need to figure out how to come up with the money - we are needing some plumbing repairs on our home to the tune of $4,000 plus due to medical conditions I need to get a new recliner - I am not able to sleep on a regular bed due to extreme osteo arthritis so I need either a very good recliner or a hospital bed. But can't afford both as they are expensive and should I go for the hospital bed then that means a new bed for hubby - and then a new recliner for the living room - looking at over $5,000 plus the work on the plumbing situation - Boot Camp does not fit in the budget at all.

I see several of you have done the 14 Day Challenge and/or have read Susan's Book.

Just curious-- how many of you have done a Boot Camp?
