Oh, thanks for the idea. I didn't think of using beads on there.

Try some green yarn and some green beads. Thread the beads on the yarn and ch the desired length working a bead in every 3rd or 4th ch. I'd look for beads a bit lighter than the yarn.

I am looking for ideas on how to make crocheted pickle relish. Anyone have any ideas? I won a hot dog costume for Cassie and was trying to figure out what I can do with it to make it good for a costume contest. Obviously, just a purchased costume isn't going to hack it. So far I am making potato chips and have a chip bag for them to be coming out of (only crocheting the chips, not the bag). Someone suggested putting relish on the hot dog since it only has catsup and mustard and is in a bun. I'm not sure what else I can do to it.

I've been thinking of doing myself as a grill with cheeseburger, but I don't think that will help with her costume. So any other ideas would be nice.
