My March Goals:
1. Do the 30 day squat challenge

3.To be at least 6 pounds thinner

Once we get through this month, we will be 25% of the way through 2016. We all set goals, made plans. How are we doing? This is the Month to MAKE IT COUNT and MOVE FORWARD and MAKE THINGS HAPPEN!!

SO, the goal for the month is simple- pick an exercise and do your reps. If 100 reps is too many, set a number that works for you and just get it done! Reps should be QUALITY of exercise over QUANTITY!

Start a thread to track your 100's or track them here! Let's do a weight check each week!
